Ok.. I'm out of cigarettes, and not around any smokers. I'm wondering if I can now set 9/6/2012 10:23 am as a quit point?
Hoping so... I might be calling/texting folks over the next few days when the cravings come back.
5 hours awake without nicotine!
...grateful for snacks and caffeine...
9 hours... Foggy brain has started to set in, as the nicotine withdrawal kicks in. I'm thinking a couple of days will go by, where it will be hard to concentrate, then things will get better.
"Just don't pick up that first cigarette."
