I'm puzzled by how to make my own videos with my laptop camera... I can do it with the Facebook Live video, or with Facebook Messenger... but I don't see any obvious programs in the start menu itself that claim to be video recorders.
If it helps, I'm running Windows 7 - in case there's a default program in the O/S basics. I will also take suggestions for low-cost video editors that could be downloaded.
